Residential and Commercial Water Service
The Company provides water services to the City of Raytown
part of Kansas City and South Independence, MO. The
Company serves a total area of approximately 4.7 square
miles; 4.2 square miles in the northern part of Raytown and
.5 square miles in Independence, Missouri. As of July 31,
2005, the Company provides service to approximately 6,950
customers with an estimated population of 29,369.
Approximately 93% of the Company's customers are
residential, 6% are commercial and the remainder is
industrial and public use.

The Cost is $.25 per 52 Gallons minimum.

Bagged Ice Sales
7lb bags of ice is available for sale in our office during regular business hours. The cost of ice is
$1.00 per bag.
If you require a large quantity of ice, please call our office at least 48 business hours in advance to
insure quantity availability.

Customer Service Line Replacement
In certain hardship cases, the RWC will assist it's Customers with the replacement of a
galvanized water service line with copper. This is only for RWC customer's who need an
emergency water service line replacement and can qualify for hardship. Assistance is in the form
of short-term interest free payment contract for RWC to complete the work. Other conditions
apply. Please contact the office for more information and to complete an application of hardship.
The number of service lines the Company can complete and finance annually is limited.
